Job Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of best practice models for patient care delivery.
- Delegate tasks related to investigation and resolution of patient/family/member concerns regarding patient care.
- Facilitate collaboration among healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
- Monitor resource needs in clinical areas to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
- Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
- Hire, train, and develop talent for growth opportunities.
- Set performance management guidelines and expectations.
- Oversee implementation and adaptation of organizational changes and best practices.
- Encourage development and consideration of options in decision making.
- Manage designated units, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
- Align team efforts and build accountability for achieving results.
- Communicate goals and objectives while managing resources appropriately.
- Negotiate timelines and monitor compliance to financial commitments.
- Develop strategies for achieving performance targets and operational initiatives.
- Lead project teams and monitor implementation within a 24/7 operation.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery; minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
- Basic Life Support required at hire
