Job Responsibilities
- Promote optimal wellness by facilitating health maintenance.
- Participate in the management of acute illness.
- Manage the effects of chronic disease and disability across the continuum of care.
- Utilize critical thinking and nursing process in patient care.
- Provide patient and caregiver advocacy, support, and education.
- Facilitate continuity of care through nursing processes and care coordination activities.
- Assess and provide access to appropriate healthcare services and community resources.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Nursing experience
Education: Associates degree in Nursing
License & Certification:
- Current license to practice nursing in Wisconsin
- Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
