Demonstrate professional leadership
Lead innovation through change, including service development

Required Skills

1st level Registered Learning Disability Nurse
Knowledge of providing evidence-based interventions
Advanced communication skills
Knowledge of legislation relevant to learning disabilities

Preferred Skills

Experience in both inpatient and community settings
Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
