Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to children, ages birth to 21, who have trachs, vents, and g-tubes.
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of pediatric patients in their homes.
- Participate in hands-on, personalized training to develop skills in pediatric care.
- Utilize 24/7 clinical support to enhance patient care.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Ability to care for patients with medical complexities
- Competence in trach, ventilator, or g-tube care
Preferred Skills
- Heart to care for children
- Good communication skills
Requirements
Experience: Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education: RN or LPN certification required.
License & Certification:
