Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through assessment, evaluation, diagnosing, recognition and prevention of adverse events, planning, and implementation.
Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.
Provides leadership in the practice location.
Function consistent with California Law.
Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.

Experience:
