Job Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
- Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials
- Strong clinical supervision abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
Preferred Skills
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
Requirements
Experience: One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
Education: Graduated from an accredited LPN program
License & Certification:
- Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
