Job Responsibilities

Provide quality in-home care and infusions as defined within the scope of practice by the Nurse practice act
Administer and teach self-administration of specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and injectables to patients
Access and maintain SPC/PIV/Midlines, CVAD (PICC/Implanted Ports), SCIG, phlebotomy, and lab processing
Coordinate planning for delivery of nursing care with the Director of Nursing
Update clients/patients’ plan of care, health changes, and other related incidents proactively
Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific differences in the patient population
Ensure safe care to patients; adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards
Administer CPR and other emergency procedures as necessary
Willingness to travel within assigned geographic region

Home health experience
Proficiency in medical surgical or critical care/ER nursing

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of two years medical surgical or critical care/ER experience preferred; minimum of one-year recent infusion experience preferred

Education:

License & Certification:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing
Proof of current PPD
Current CPR - hands-on class required
