Job Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community.
- Directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic, adhering to budget and forecasting expenses.
- Monitor compliance and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire team members to continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards Regional goals and standards.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Management experience in healthcare, business, or military
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Skills
- Experience in renal care
- Collaboration with clinical and financial teams
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year in management or equivalent renal experience
Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
License & Certification:
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
