Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Position: Floating Family Nurse Practitioner
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Starting bonus, bonus incentive
Shift: Shifts determined two months in advance; Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Perform minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
- Conduct suturing
- Apply splinting
- Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management
- Review x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist)
- Provide general dermatology care
- Address general eye problems
- Interpret general EKGs
- Exhibit emergency management skills
- Provide general GYN expertise
- Treat children of all ages
- Engage in occupational medicine
- Deliver telemedicine services
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in urgent care environment
- Flexibility to work in different clinics
- Leadership skills in a high volume and fast-paced environment
Requirements
Experience:
Education: MSN or higher education required
License & Certification:
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
Schedule:
- Shifts determined two months in advance
- Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.
