Job Responsibilities

Safely dispense prescribed medications and manage inventory during each shift.
Keep the mobile dispensary running smoothly, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Mobile Nurse Clinical Supervisor for timely restocking.
Administer and read tuberculosis tests, facilitating referrals for chest x-rays as necessary.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical records system.
Provide direct nursing care and support to patients, ensuring compassionate and professional service.
Secure medications, patient records, and other critical documentation in compliance with DEA, DOH, and licensing requirements.
Stay informed on federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring full compliance at all times.
Participate in audits and regulatory reviews to uphold the highest standards of care.
Work closely with team members to foster a positive, collaborative environment.
Attend meetings and training sessions to contribute to the success of the mobile team.
Support team goals and ensure adherence to treatment plans.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Current Washington state LPN license (or higher)
BLS certification (or ability to complete within the first 3 months)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) dispensary
Knowledge of medication dosing and inventory management
Background in behavioral or mental health fields

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical patient care experience

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

License & Certification:

Current Washington state LPN license
BLS certification (or ability to complete within the first 3 months)
