Job Responsibilities

Assists with safe and appropriate delegated patient care tasks which are directly supervised by a Registered Nurse.
Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in collaboration with other team members.
Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals.
Provides quality patient care, including comfort and hygiene measures, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs.
May perform in a sitter role.

Required Skills

Core Skills

High School Diploma or GED within one year of hire
CNA State Registration
BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Skills

Six months of previous CNA experience
Previous customer service experience
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training

Requirements

Experience: Six months of previous CNA experience preferred

Education: High School Diploma or GED within one year of hire

License & Certification:
