Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
- Cooperate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Utilize nursing process and critical thinking to provide individualized patient care.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Teach and guide other nurses on the nursing process for unit-specific populations.
- Document care per department guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, anticipating potential issues.
- Coordinate discharge planning and patient education materials with healthcare teams.

Requirements
Experience: 1 Year of clinical RN experience

- 10 Hour Shift
- On-Call Required
