Clinical Quality LPN - Remote in PST

Job Title: Clinical Quality LPN - Remote in PST
Position: Clinical position that conducts patient outreach and support
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $19.86 to $38.85 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (No weekends, no holidays)

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to assist members.
- Evaluate current health status and discuss non-compliance to medication(s).
- Schedule pharmacy telephonic appointments and obtain follow-up information from providers.
- Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries.
- Identify patients with missing measures and work to close the measures through education, counseling, and appointment setting.
- Follow system scripting and validate member demographic information.
- Document the provider or member's record with accurate information obtained on the call.
- Maintain education/knowledge base of HEDIS/STARs standards and guidelines.
- Uphold UHG Cultural Values.
- Ability to multitask and perform related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current, unrestricted LVN/LPN license
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a LVN or LPN
- 3+ years of experience in the health industry and/or large complex organizations
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to follow system scripting and validate member information
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a call center
- HEDIS/STAR experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience as a LVN or LPN, and 3+ years of experience in the health industry
