Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), care planning, and PDPM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support optimal resident care.
- Conduct and review MDS assessments.
- Manage OBRA and Medicare schedules.
- Support interdisciplinary care planning.
- Participate in utilization review and quality assurance.
- Ensure high standards in resident well-being, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of Florida
- 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
- 3 years of experience in SNF MDS management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork ability
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in the RAI/CP/PDPM process
Requirements
Experience: Minimum three to five years related experience and/or training; minimum of 3 years of experience in SNF MDS management required.
Education:
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of Florida
