Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and ideas that encourage inquiry and positive change through the Shared Leadership model.
- Promote interdisciplinary partnerships and provide clinical leadership for treatment protocols and clinical interventions.
- Advance nursing practice through innovative evidence-based interventions and modify professional standards and organizational policies.
- Participate in and lead the development of evidence-based guidelines, policies, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and advocate for the professional nurse role within the interdisciplinary team.
- Continuously improve processes and services to support patient and family engagement.
- Conduct performance improvement activities and develop practice protocols for clinical integration.
- Monitor quality performance and promote evidence-based practice and nursing research.
- Foster teamwork and collaborative practice, mentoring staff to advance clinical practice.
- Manage innovative care programs to achieve cost-effective nurse-sensitive outcomes.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years providing direct patient care as a nurse for a similar patient population/service line.
Education: Masters in Nursing or Doctorate in Nursing.
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in Georgia or under eNLC.
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- Current Board certification as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife, or Clinical Nurse Leader.
