Job Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to patients throughout the life span, from neonatal through geriatric.
- Plan and implement nursing care.
- Document nursing assessments.
- Identify and report situations requiring further intervention.
- Formulate and communicate a goal-directed plan of care.
- Assure patient rights.
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in all areas covered by the Specialty Staffing Team within the assigned clinical division.
