Job Responsibilities
- Supports the training and education of employees within an assigned geographical area.
- Delivers standardized, competency-based training and development programs including new employee orientation and clinical training programs.
- Aligns training activities with regional, group, and corporate goals.
- Adheres to nursing practice standards, company policies, compliance, and ethical requirements.
- Empowers and promotes a culture of lifelong learning through professional programs and coaching.
- Collaborates with partners to schedule and implement education programs for new and current personnel.
- Utilizes generational learning techniques to support and evaluate training.
- Develops and maintains effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates leadership competencies and excellent communication skills.
- Supports metric and KPI programs with timely data documentation and reporting.
- Trains new employees in direct patient care-related activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing; Advanced degree BSN or MSN preferred
License & Certification:
- Current RN state licensure
- CDN or CNN (preferred) or must attain within 18 months of employment
Schedule:
- Must be within driving distance of a major airport
- Requires travel between assigned facilities and up to 100% national travel
