Job Responsibilities
- Ensure satisfaction and appropriate reporting
- Coordinate departmental functions
- Implement process improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relations, equipment, and supplies
- Oversee service recovery efforts

- Provide staff education and training
- Collaborate with management to maintain trust, retention, and recruitment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements by all team members

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse in specialty area
Education: Associate's Degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Instructor
