Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients based on individual needs.
- Facilitate care coordination using the nursing process.
- Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care.
- Assist with care teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth encounters.
- Collaborate with other members of the health care team.
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinicians in delivering quality health care.

Requirements
Experience: 18 months for Clinic RN, related experience for Associate Clinic RN preferred.
Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
License & Certification:
- Washington or Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
