Job Responsibilities
- Provide delegated age appropriate care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist patients with tasks outlined in their clinical competency assessment.
- Perform basic nursing skills and personal care skills.
- Provide basic restorative services.
- Practice and perform skills taught during CNA training and certification.
- May provide continuous safety observation.
- Report to the Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager and RNs on duty.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum experience of one acute care medical/surgical clinical rotation.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
License & Certification:
- State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) within 90 days of hire
