Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient support for Heart Care patients
- Supervise stress testing for EKG, Nuclear Stress, and Stress ECHO within the clinic
- Place orders as necessary
- Perform patient visits
- Manage medications for patients
- Work closely with clinic cardiologists
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho
- Strong medical background
Preferred Skills
- Advance practice provider experience in cardiac disease management
- Experience in chronic care management
Requirements
Experience: Preferred advance practice provider experience in cardiac disease management or chronic care management
Education:
License & Certification:
- Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
- Controlled substance registration
- Board of Pharmacy certification
- DEA certification
Schedule:
- M-F Days
- Rotating weekend hospital coverage
