Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer flow through the hospice referral and admissions process.
- Supervise the Admissions team to assure strong patient, family, referral source, and facility satisfaction.
- Support marketing and customer relations efforts for the program.
- Participate in program enhancement activities that may fall outside normal scheduled work hours.
- Share in educating the community and referral sources.
- Oversee the admission nurses and team for a smooth transition into Hospice care.
- Ensure productivity of the team and compliance with documentation requirements.
Required Skills

- Registered Nurse
- Critical care nursing experience

- Healthcare supervisory experience
Preferred Skills
- BSN or MSN
- Sales and Marketing experience
- Hospice experience
Requirements
Experience: 2 years in critical care nursing, 2 years healthcare supervisory experience
Education: Registered Nurse
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse
- Active driver's license and auto insurance
- Active American Heart Association BLS
Schedule:
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Rotating On Call
