Deliver and contribute to quality, cost-effective patient care per guidelines and standards.
Assist with direct patient care by demonstrating clinical competence.
Act as a mentor to staff, resolving learning and performance issues.
Collaborate with other disciplines and departments for effective communication.
Facilitate problem resolution among customers and peers.
Understand and comply with regulatory requirements related to patient detentions.
Trends and report staffing pattern problems to managers.

Experience: Three years recent clinical experience
