Job Responsibilities
- Integrate the Watson and QSEN Model into theoretical and clinical teaching components.
- Apply nursing science and other disciplines when preparing and presenting theoretical content.
- Demonstrate clinical skills in the clinical laboratory according to class level.
- Motivate students through instructional and counseling activities.
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the clinical facilities for student learning experiences.
- Conduct conferences with students regarding academic and clinical competence.
- Revise program syllabi according to department curriculum design protocols.
- Select textbooks and learning experiences to meet course objectives.
- Coordinate student learning activities within clinical agencies.
- Maintain accurate evaluation records for each course.
- Attend college faculty convocations and actively participate in department and college committees.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one (1) academic year of registered nurse level clinical teaching experience or equivalent.
